1️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
To help us process refund requests efficiently, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery showing the issue clearly.
⚠️ Refunds may be declined if sufficient evidence of damage or incorrect delivery is not provided.
If a product becomes unavailable or is found to be damaged during our final quality check before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
2️⃣ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events
3️⃣ Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
📦 Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

4️⃣ Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items
- Damaged items
Conditions:
- Item must be returned in its original condition
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
